We have had a lovely week watching ducklings, swans & all sorts of boats go by. Very hot weather & quite good fishing. A lovely positioned, well equipped cottage to enjoy some time with our grandchildren & family – thank you! Love the patchwork quilts!

A well positioned & well equipped cottage. Great to have a big freezer space as well as a fridge. Plenty of outside space, mooring space for boat & fishing.
I think for 6 adults it may be a bit squashed but 4 is fine. The allotted car park space is in a great position too for trolleying your stuff up to the cottage.

What a lovely little riverside lodge Patikipa is. My wife & I have fallen in love with this delightful little place. The setting is idyllic & includes everything we could possibly require. Fishing from the lawn was very good & my wife thoroughly beat me in a friendly match! The property was very clean & tidy & smelled lovely, the cleaning team had done a very good job. The bait fridge, tackle shed, washing machine & dishwasher were very welcome indeed. Only a short walk from the car park & the famous Latham’s store! The weather was very hot & sunny all week. Couldn’t fault Patikipa. A wonderful holiday for us both. We shall return again.

The chalet had all the amenities we needed. All the equipment was user friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The chalet is in a very quiet, peaceful location being a pleasant 15 minute walk into the heart of town which really suited us. A great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Cromer itself has something for everyone.

Sunnyside has everything you could possibly want, great accommodation, very clean, plenty of room, with amazing views of the river, great fishing. We had a lovely time and will return.

I have been at Willow a few times now and it never disappoints. Always clean and tidy when arriving. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Plenty of nature to watch. Great sunsets and sunrises to see. As a fisherman it’s nice to just sit at the end of the garden and fish.
The young lady Corrie from Riverside Holidays was outstanding! So helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Everything went very smoothly pre booking The Bridge car park and finding the key in the key safe. Thanks to Corrie for her emails & electronic booking for future stays. Another great stay for us at The Haven. Towels and beds made up a welcome improvement. Skye loved the beach at Sea Palling and Winterton-on-sea.

Absolutely loved this place and had a wonderful weeks stay. Don’t think we’ve stayed in a place that’s been so well equipped even with items you would never normally expect. Can’t thank riverside holidays and the owner enough as on our last night stay, temperatures hit 37 °C. Had no fans but after enquiring, the owner himself brought us multiple fans, stopped for a chat and had a beer with us. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Norfolk despite a rather wet & sometimes chilly week. The cottage was comfortable & well equipped. Loved the peaceful view across the fields from the back bedroom & seeing the wildlife. Enjoyed walks from Horsey Windpump NT to beach & spotting seals along the beach at California Sands, Caister & Gorleston on Sea & along the river from Acle, beside the railway from Wroxham & to St Benet’s Abbey from Ludham. Lots of geocaching accomplished.

Charming Mill, comfortable & well equipped. Great wee boat! We have had a lovely holiday here, peaceful but lots to do. Caught some impressive fish! We made the right choice to come here. Local people really friendly too!

Loved this place, our 1st riverside cottage holiday, after donkeys years of passing these lovely riverside cottages by boat and wondering how good it would be stay in. Haven was brilliant, spacious, garden brilliant, had excellent fishing there too.

What a wonderful place. A true Haven for anyone wanting to escape for some tranquil relaxing time either fishing, boating and being with nature. The fishing was brilliant with some lovely slabs of bream, skimmers, roach and pike. Plenty of swallow, swans, ducks, geese, heron barn owls sparrows. The cottage has everything you need and is extremely comfortable with lovely neighbours too

Had a lovely time at the mill.
It is a beautiful place and the boat was an added bonus.
The place was lovely and clean.
And a nice part of the broads to explore with the boat.
Would highly recommend anyone that wants a holiday that is a bit different

I’ve been coming to Patikipa since 2018. Have to say really is home from home.  Lovely little cottage everything you need. Fishing is excellent right there as soon as you open front door. Massive grassed area to fish or enjoy the scenery.  Also about 5 minute walk to pub and the Famous Lathams just a bit further.
If you want peace and quiet and amazing scenery it’s a must.

Thanks for another smashing two weeks.  Patikipa is a lovely cottage near to car park, it has a big front lawn on to river to chill while my hubby fishes. Everything you need, home from home really, 6weeks a year says it all ⛵️🐟🎣🌞
